These Terms of Service govern your use of Visual Brand Blueprint (“VBB”) at vbb.genaiunplugged.com, operated by GENAI UNPLUGGED LLC (Pennsylvania, USA). They are supplemental to and governed by the GenAI Unplugged Terms of Service (the “Master Terms”), which include the digital-product license grant, warranty disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification, governing law, and dispute resolution that apply to all GenAI Unplugged products. By purchasing, connecting to, or using VBB, you agree to both documents. In the event of a conflict, the Master Terms control.
VBB is a paid, single-tier (Pro) Model Context Protocol (MCP) connector. You buy access once, connect the VBB connector inside your own AI client (Claude or ChatGPT) using an OAuth 2.0 login gated by your Lemon Squeezy license key, and complete a guided, one-sitting conversation. VBB’s tools ask you questions, score your current visuals, generate a color system and illustration-style direction, and produce up to 20 on-brand images, assembling four deliverables: a brand rules document, a brand reference sheet, a reusable Claude skill file, and a Claude Design brief. VBB does not install anything on your device, does not touch your AI client’s other conversations or files, and does not operate any account on your behalf outside of the guided session itself.
VBB is offered in collaboration with Pinkie of AI Meets Girlboss, who authored the underlying brand-strategy framework (the SUCCESS diagnostic, archetype model, illustration-style library, and LOCKED/FLUID rule system) licensed into this product, and who receives a revenue share on each sale. AI Meets Girlboss is a marketing and brand-strategy partner and co-brand — not a party to your purchase agreement, and not a data processor. AI Meets Girlboss does not receive, access, or process your license information, your interview answers, your uploads, or any other personal data collected through VBB. All customer obligations, fulfillment, and support remain solely with GENAI UNPLUGGED LLC. See the Privacy Policy for the data-flow detail.
VBB is sold as a single tier: Pro, $95 USD, one-time purchase. Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for your purchase: Lemon Squeezy processes your payment, issues your receipt, handles applicable VAT, and is the platform you contact first for billing questions.
Refunds follow the Master Terms’ digital-product policy: you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not substantially used VBB. For this product, “substantially used” means you have completed the guided interview and received at least one of the four core deliverables (brand rules doc, reference sheet, reusable skill, or Claude Design brief), or you have used more than 5 of your 20 included image generations. Requests within 14 days that do not meet that bar are granted in full. Requests after a build is substantially used are evaluated at our discretion, case by case. To request a refund, contact support@genaiunplugged.com or reply to your Lemon Squeezy receipt.
Every VBB deliverable, from the written brand rules to the generated reference-sheet images, is produced by large language models and image-generation models (see the Privacy Policy for which providers). Output is a creative starting point, not professional design, legal, or trademark advice. VBB does not run a trademark or copyright clearance check on any name, color, symbol, or image it generates. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and clearing your brand system, including any generated images, before using it publicly or commercially. You own the deliverables and images generated for your build, subject to the underlying rights of any third-party model provider and the Master Terms. GENAI UNPLUGGED LLC and AI Meets Girlboss make no guarantee that any deliverable is unique, non-infringing, or fit for a particular purpose.
Your access is tied to your Lemon Squeezy license key and, once activated, an OAuth connection you authorize inside your own AI client. Your license is for your own personal or single-business use. Do not share, resell, or publish your license key; do not attempt to activate the license across more instances than Lemon Squeezy’s activation limit allows; and do not attempt to bypass, extract, or scrape VBB’s underlying knowledge base or scoring logic — that is Pinkie’s licensed IP, not a deliverable. VBB runs inside an AI client you choose and control (for example Claude or ChatGPT). Your use of that client is governed by its own provider’s terms, and GENAI UNPLUGGED LLC does not control, and is not responsible for, that provider’s handling of your broader conversation.

Nothing in these product Terms expands, reduces, or overrides the Master Terms. If a provision here conflicts with the Master Terms, the Master Terms control.
These product Terms of Service are effective July 16, 2026.
